Freelancer Membership Agreement
Last Updated: 06 February, 2026
This Freelancer Membership Agreement (“Agreement”) forms part of and should be read together with the Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, and other applicable policies of Web Developers Pro (“Platform”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).
By purchasing or using any freelancer membership on Web Developers Pro, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. Continued use of the Platform after any updates signifies acceptance of the revised terms.
Capitalized terms not defined here shall have the meanings assigned to them in the main Terms and Conditions.
1. Freelancer Membership Programs
Web Developers Pro offers multiple membership plans for Freelancers and Companies (collectively referred to as “Members”).
Each membership plan includes a defined number of proposal credits, which allow Members to submit proposals for client projects listed on the Platform.
Proposal credits are allocated on a monthly basis
Unused proposal credits expire at the end of the billing cycle
Proposal credits do not roll over unless explicitly stated in the selected plan
Members may purchase additional proposal credits at any time, subject to pricing displayed on the Platform.
2. Membership Fees and Changes
Membership fees, proposal limits, and add-on pricing are displayed on the Website and may vary based on the selected plan.
Web Developers Pro reserves the right to:
Modify membership pricing
Change proposal limits
Introduce new membership tiers or fees
Any such changes will be communicated in advance on the Platform.
All membership fees are non-refundable, including partially used billing periods. If a membership is suspended or terminated for policy violations, no refund will be issued.
3. Automatic Membership Renewal
All freelancer memberships are billed on a recurring monthly basis, unless otherwise stated.
By subscribing to a membership plan, you authorize Web Developers Pro to automatically charge the applicable membership fee to your selected payment method at the beginning of each billing cycle.
Billing starts on the date payment is received
Memberships automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
You are responsible for ensuring valid payment details are maintained
Failure to process payment may result in suspension or downgrade of membership benefits.
4. Upgrades, Downgrades, and Cancellation
Upgrading a Membership
If you upgrade your membership plan:
The new plan becomes active immediately upon payment
A new billing cycle starts from the upgrade date
Any unused portion of the previous plan may be adjusted at our discretion
Downgrading or Cancelling
If you cancel or downgrade your membership:
The change takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle
No refunds or credits will be provided for unused time
Membership benefits remain active until the billing period ends
You can manage membership changes through your account dashboard or by contacting support.
5. Suspension or Termination
Web Developers Pro reserves the right to suspend or terminate a membership without refund if a Member:
Violates platform policies
Engages in fraudulent or abusive behavior
Attempts to bypass platform fees or systems
Termination of membership does not release you from obligations under the main Terms and Conditions.
6. Limitation of Liability
Membership benefits, including proposal credits and visibility features, are provided on an “as is” basis. Web Developers Pro does not guarantee:
Project awards
Client responses
Earnings or job success
We are not responsible for losses arising from unused proposals or unsuccessful bids.
7. Modifications to This Agreement
Web Developers Pro may update this Membership Agreement at any time. Updates will be posted on the Website, and continued use of membership services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
