I already have the Texas Heavy Haul page on heavy-haul.net built exactly the way I want. I now need that same design, structure, and SEO setup duplicated for every other U.S. state, with one dedicated page per state.

Scope of Work:
• Clone the existing Texas page so layout, styling, responsiveness, CTAs, contact form, and load speed remain consistent
• Replace all Texas-specific elements with the correct state name (URLs, headings, meta titles, schema)
• Write unique, state-specific content for each page (minimum 300 words), matching the tone and SEO intent of the Texas page without duplication
• Ensure internal links, breadcrumbs, and XML sitemap update correctly as pages are added

Deliverables:
• 49 live state pages under /[state]-heavy-haul/
• Working contact form on every page
• Unique copy tailored to each state’s heavy-haul routes or regulations
• Fully responsive design with SEO parity across all pages
